Return & Refund Policy – D-kart
At D-kart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
The product does not match the description or order
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products caused by the customer
Products without original packaging or tags
Clearance, discount, or sale items
Personal care or hygiene products
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be sent through the Wallet.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
Open the D-kart app
Go to “My Orders”
Select the order
Click on “Return Request”
Our support team will review and contact you
5. Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), D-kart will cover the return shipping cost.
For other reasons, the customer may need to pay the shipping charge.
